ZincOxide Spray
Nappy rash is a common problem and even with frequent nappy changes, most babies are likely to suffer at some point.
The main cause is wetness, as even the most absorbent nappy leaves some moisture on a baby’s delicate new skin.
Nappy rash is distressing for your baby and for you. Zincoxide spray® is a light, non-greasy spray which is easy to apply and creates a moisturising barrier to help prevent further irritation. The spray is softer and smoother than pastes and its pump dispenser allows you to apply the cream without rubbing the affected area. If your baby’s skin is really sore, this means you can avoid touching the skin, yet still protect it with a moisture-proof barrier.
Zincoxide spray® contains zinc oxide, a compound that helps soothe and protect your baby's delicate skin from nappy rash.
It also contains chamomile and calendula, two natural anti-inflammatory agents to help relieve irritation.
- PREVENTION: By applying ZincOxide Spray on a daily basis and at every diaper change the baby’s skin is provided with a protective barrier.
- TREATMENT: Enables the restoration of the normal skin trophism thanks to its antiseptic, hydrating and emollient action.

Top tips for nappy rash
1. Keep your baby’s skin clean and dry and change nappies regularly.
2. Leave your baby’s nappy off as often as you can so the air can heal the skin more quickly.
3. Wash baby’s bottom every time you change the nappy and make sure that if you use soap it is rinsed off thoroughly.
4. Fasten nappies so that there is room for air to circulate. Nappies and clothing should fit somewhat loosely to let your baby’s bottom breathe.
5. Protect the skin with a barrier cream, such as Zincoxide spray®, after every wash as the zinc oxide forms a protective surface over the skin. It is important that you apply nappy rash spray straight away, as if you don’t it could grow into something worse, such as a fungal or bacterial infection.
